Docula may extract PDF text, run OCR, parse structured details, or send relevant text to an AI workflow depending on the tool. PDF utilities may perform document preparation before AI analysis.
3. Generate useful output
Tools can generate notes, flashcards, quizzes, study plans, PDF Chat answers, resume guidance, business document review aids, citations, or editable text.
4. Review and verify
Users should review generated outputs against source material. This is especially important for study accuracy, career claims, contracts, invoices, financial documents, and research.
5. Save and organize
Signed-in users can save supported outputs, organize them into Study Sessions, and return to them later. Saved outputs are separate from temporary file processing.
